How To Cook...
Turducken
- Cooking time is 3 - 6 hours depending on oven.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place Turducken in roasting pan, covered.
- If you have a convection oven begin checking temperature at 3 hours.
- If you have an electric or gas oven begin checking temperature at 4 hours.
- Once interior temperature reaches 160 degrees, remove cover to brown.
- Interior temperature should reach 165 degrees after browning.
Fried Turkey
Turkey is thoroughly cooked.
Warm in oven covered in provided pan, do not uncover.
For best results, warm on 200 degrees to desired temperature.
